Parkdean Resorts welcomes trio of new recruits

The UK’s largest holiday park operator has strengthened its North Tyneside-based contact centre with a series of senior appointments.


Parkdean Resorts, which operates 71 holiday parks across the UK, has recruited Mel Donoghue as head of contact centre and operations.


Joining the company from Barclays, Donoghue will support contact centre and customer service director Chloe Squires. The Gosforth contact centre handles over one million contacts a year from holidaymakers and holiday home owners.


The company also welcomes Iain Craig, who has been appointed as owner support centre manager, while Matt Kershaw takes the newly created position of groups and partnerships manager.
