Swans Offshore Energy Park is home to a fully operational 400m deep water quay with heavy load out facilities and access to the North Sea.

The Offshore Energy Park provides the following berthing, quay and load out facilities:

  • 210m berth dredged to 9.1m below chart datum
  • 190m berth dredged to 7.5m below chart datum
  • Wet berth facility, suitable for barge/ RoRo load outs, lay bys and marine testing at 194m long by 56m wide, half tide (2.5.metres ).
  • 40m wide flexible lay down areas
  • Access to three quays –
    – The heavy duty steel quay which has a capacity of 10 t/m2
    – West Quay and East Quay.

The Energy Park is a secure site with 24-hour CCTV monitoring and reactive service. The Energy Park complies with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, and has a 2.4m high security fence.
